2014 IVECO DAILY VAN CONVERSION WITH LOADING RAMP AND LINERS

An Iveco Daily conversion solution with aluminum loading ramp, wooden floor panel and pre-coated galvanized steel paneling

PROTECT YOUR DAILY CARGO AREA AND LOAD AND UNLOAD EFFORTLESSLY

The Daily, from the Italian manufacturer Iveco, has maintained its atypical status since its inception. It is the only van that has a monocoque structure, while all the rest have an integrated chassis. This feature makes it highly adapted to transport very heavy loads, and certainly adapts to creating a fully functional mobile workshop.

Since 1996, the Syncro group has been designing, manufacturing, installing and providing service assistance to a wide range of products for transforming the Daily into a working commercial van that meets the needs of tradesmen, maintenance, and installation and repair workers.
In the Syncro catalog, you'll find all the different interior panelingroof racks and ladder racks, an enormous selection of shelving and drawer unitsworktops, as well as lots of other modular components, ramps, and accessories. You'll find ourSyncro experts in our centers worldwide – with years of experience in only van conversions, they know exactly how to find the perfect solution for each client's needs.

On this page, we see a conversion solution for the Daily that consists of an aluminum loading ramp (loading capacity 600 kg). Like most of the Syncro ramps, it folds up and can be rotated outwards and out of the way when it is not being used.

The body of the Iveco Daily, as we see on all vans, is susceptible to damage from the daily wear and tear that all working vans face. The loading floor can easily be dented or warped by loading heavy materials. So, for this reason, the Syncro team almost always starts out by mounting a floor panel. For this Daily, we mounted the 12 mm resin-coasted plywood floor panel, complete with non-slip steel borders along the lengths where the van doors open. The plywood is especially durable, yet lightweight and designed for the express use in vans. It has an ultra-resistant resin-coated surface and special glues that render it completely waterproof. On the walls, we mounted pre-coated galvanized steel paneling, which provides total protection of the original van surfaces.
