The Ford Courier combines the overall dimensions of a compact saloon car with an efficient van body featuring a perfectly level floor, a square outline, two large rear doors and an optional side door. The agile Courier is therefore an excellent choice for carrying small volumes of cargo and for the installation of racking systems for installation and maintenance work. In practice, however, the Courier, like all vans, comes with no effective bodywork protection and needs robust liners to avoid the sort of damage caused by heavy items striking the bodywork when the van is moving or being loaded and unloaded.
