Syncro System has specialised exclusively in van equipment since 1996. Over the years, racking experts in Syncro workshops have solved all kinds of problems, in Italy and around the world. We have fitted out large, spacious vans and compact vehicles with only a few cubic metres of loadspace, and we have satisfied the needs of tradesmen like plumbers and electricians, and of less common professions like go-kart technicians and veterinarians too.
Syncro’s primary objective is always the same, however... to make your working life easier and to save you time and money. Syncro’s racking experts always start from this standpoint to create fully customised solutions.
On this page you can see a Fiat Ducato L2 H2 with a racking system for installing and maintaining civil and industrial electrical systems.
Special features: the racking is concentrated on the left of the van while the other two useful surfaces are equipped with cargo retaining accessories. But let’s start at the beginning, and that means with the liners.
The owner of this Fiat Ducato for installing electrical systems came to Syncro with the vehicle already equipped with a recently installed floor liner. The environmental and economic sustainability of van equipment is one of Syncro’s key objectives so, in agreement with the customer, our technicians decided to retain the existing floor liner while adding the other liners needed.
The walls and doors were lined with panels of honeycomb polypropylene. Though this is the lightest of the liner materials listed in the Syncro catalogue, its honeycomb structure still affords excellent resistance to dents and scratches and absorbs mechanical stress while ensuring effective impermeability and good thermal insulation.
The right-hand wheel arch, which is not protected by racking, was enclosed in a liner made from marble-look plywood and steel sheet. The customer chose to cover only the bottom part of the bulkhead with a marble-look plywood liner.
All the racking is concentrated on the left of this Fiat Ducato. The configuration consists of:
A fold-away vice bench complete with metal vice is fixed to the rear-facing side panel along with a first aid kit and a large paper roll holder.
Syncro van lockers are unique because they can be integrated in Syncro racking and can be equipped internally with any horizontal element from the Syncro catalogue. In this van, the locker is located at mid-height in the central section of the racking – the perfect position for storing not just work clothes and safety shoes but electronic devices like laptops and printers too. The locker is the safest place in the van’s cargo compartment thanks to its double latch locking mechanism.
Syncro can also install empty tool lockers with perforated panels for fitting tool clips and hooks.
The right of this Fiat Ducato L2 H2, including the wheel arch, is fully lined and equipped with three Syncroblock slider bars for transporting material in a safe and orderly fashion. The three bars are equipped in different ways. The one at the bottom of the wall is fitted with plastic clips for tools and a fire extinguisher holder, the one in the middle with hooks and strap for securing a workbench with folding legs, and the one at the top with three cable holders and a coat hook.
A metal bar rack is installed between the wheel arch and the rear door pillar.
The bulkhead of this Ducato has been left completely clear except for a Syncroblock bar with a hook and strap lashing system that adapts to any type of load.
