UPFIT OF THE MERCEDES VITO FOR HANGING GARMENTS

TRANSPORTING HANGING GARMENTS IN YOUR VAN

One of the types of van upfitting that Syncro System carries out is for clients who need a system to transport hanging garments. There are, in fact, many companies that work in the clothing industry who need to hang clothes rather than transport them folded in boxes or crates.
In the wide range of the Syncro brand products, you can find the perfect system: perforated tracks to which are attached the garment bars – remaining in place thanks to an internal spring blocking system. You can also add a Syncro accessory to keep hangers from sliding along the bars.

On this page, you can see an example of an upfit for hanging garments installed on a Mercedes Vito.

We first protected the cargo area of the van by putting down a durable, anti-slip resin-coated, plywood floor panel which ensures a level and secure platform for loading materials, as well as protecting the underlying metal floor. The customer chose to leave the original coverings on the walls and doors, yet added protective ceiling panels.
The Syncro System internal protective paneling system is lightweight and durable, and both protects the van body from every day bangs and dents, and also helps you keep your van clean and tidy.

UPFITTING THE VITO WITH HANGING GARMENT BARS

As you can see in the photos, the steel tracks were mounted just under the ceiling on all four sides of the cargo space in the Vito.
Usually the tracks are mounted on just the two longer sides of the van, with the garment bars fitting across the back of the van but, in this case, the client wanted the tracks mounted on all four sides to allowing greater versatility. According to the particular needs of the moment, the client can either put up the longer bars running the length of the cargo space or the shorter ones placed crossways.

And thanks to the internal spring blocking system, the client can easily remove and replace the garment bars, with little effort and no tools.

Just another example of how Syncro System adapts perfectly to the working needs of our clients!
