The Opel Vivaro is a medium size light commercial vehicle, also available as the Citroen Jumpy. This modern, well-balanced van boasts a good size cargo compartment considering its modest overall dimensions. As with all other vans, the bodywork of the load compartment, the bulkhead and doors are insufficiently protected against impacts by shifting cargo. If goods or items of equipment slide around when the vehicle is on the road, they can easily strike the bodywork, causing the sort of dents we see on so many vans. Dents soon cause the paint to crack, leading in due course to corrosion in the metal underneath and eventually to costly bodywork repairs. The floor of the Vivaro is not particularly even, and has a number of dips in addition to the usual reinforcement ridges found in all vans. Like all van floors, it is susceptible to damage by unevenly distributed loads and protruding parts. Syncro Floor liners are available in plywood or aluminium and come ready fitted with spacers to solve the problem of dips in the floor. They therefore give your Vivaro a completely flat and extremely practical floor surface. Syncro floor and bulkhead liners are made from damp-proof plywood with a non-slip, marble-look resin or rubber-coated surface or from aluminium alloy tread plate. Door and wall liners are made from pre-painted steel sheet, aluminium, or honeycomb plastic. Plywood floor liners come complete with stainless steel protective edging at the doors.
