Syncro System has been satisfying the needs of mobile installers, mechanics and maintenance technicians in all areas of business since 1996.
One of the most common demands of mobile users is for energy, in the form of electrical, hydraulic or compressed air power. Syncro System offers a wide range of custom solutions, including inverters, generators and compressors of various types and dimensions.
To drive the most powerful of these accessories, Syncro offers solutions that exploit the power of your van’s own engine to generate large amounts of energy from compact, lightweight machines that are far cheaper to purchase and run than conventional, stand-alone alternatives.
Power is transmitted via a hydraulic pump, fitted to the gearbox PTO or directly to the engine itself.
Van engines can typically deliver around 10 / 11 Kw of power, enough to drive:
- Generators, up to 10 kW three phase or 5 kW single phase
- Electronic welding machines, up to 160 Amps
- Compressors, up to 1000 litres/minute at 11 bar
- Hydraulic power units, up to 40 litres/minute at 140 bar, adequate for 90% of common hydraulic power tools.
Since these units are modular in design, they can be configured to suit the needs of the customer. Different units can even be assembled in the same frame.
Units are connected to the pump via flexible hoses to avoid transmitting vibration and to permit installation wherever needed inside the load compartment.
As these photos show very clearly, these machines offer a series of significant advantages:
- REDUCED WEIGHT
- COMPACT DIMENSIONS
- NO SEPARATE FUEL SUPPLY
- NO AUXILIARY ENGINE TO EMIT EXHAUST FUMES AND NOISE
- LOWER PURCHASE AND MAINTENANCE COSTS THAN MACHINES WITH THEIR OWN ENGINES
These powerful and efficient machines are ideal for mobile workshops. They allow smaller vans to be used to provide a more rapid response in emergencies. Because of their compact dimensions, they do not need large, expensive vans, which often require a different class of driving licence. And they can even allow one van to be used instead of two – a major saving in operating costs and efficiency.
