Even Nissan’s excellent NV400 suffers from the problem of having thin bodywork panels that are all to susceptible to damage. We all know that cargo is not always properly secured for the road and that loading and unloading operations can sometimes go wrong too, leaving unsightly dents in a van’s bodywork. Once damaged in this way, body panels soon rust, and eventually holes form. Even the floor needs extra protection. All Syncro floor and bodywork liners for the NV400 are made from extra-tough, long-lasting and lightweight materials: resin-bonded plywood with a marble-look or rubber-coated surface, or aluminium tread plate for the floor and bulkhead liners, and painted steel, smooth or chequer plate aluminium, or honeycomb polypropylene for the bodywork liners. All liners come pre-shaped and pre-drilled and can be fitted in next to no time. Syncro plywood floor liners also incorporate recessed cups for the original floor anchor rings and non-slip, stainless-steel edges at the doors.
