Equipment, floor and bodywork liners, roof racks and loading ramps: Syncro has everything you need to turn your NV400 into the perfect workmate!
THE NISSAN NV400
Ever since the Japanese giant Nissan began its collaboration with Renault, most Nissan commercials have been re-badged versions of a Renault van.
The NV400 is no exception: it is a Renault Master sold under the Nissan name.
The Nissan NV400 has everything you would expect from a latest-generation light commercial: a car-style driving position, powerful but economical engines, and a generous, practical and easily accessible cargo compartment.
The NV400 is available in various versions. It is one of the few vans sold with front or rear wheel drive; and it comes as a minibus, a crew cab truck and a cab and chassis for conversion into an open bed or enclosed vehicle.
The cargo compartment of the NV400 panel van is ideal for the transport of goods and for mobile workshop conversions. Its large size, reasonably vertical and smooth walls and easy access through all doors makes it an excellent choice for installing Syncro System racking and optimising available space.
A SYNCRO SYSTEM MOBILE WORKSHOP IN AN NV400
As usual, the Syncro team began work on this van by protecting its interior, fitting a 12 mm thick birch plywood floor liner with a marble-look surface, painted steel bodywork liners and an aluminium tread plate bumper footplate.
The racking on the left comprises two open floor-level compartments, two shelves with ten Euronorm plastic containers, two open shelves, four configurable shelves with non-slip mats and space dividers and a full-length top tray for long items.
The configuration on the right consists of another two floor level compartments, an open shelf, six steel drawers with ball-bearing runners, space dividers and self-latching handles, two shelves with dividers and an open top shelf.
The van’s owner also chose to fit a number of accessories: spray can racks and a silicone cartridge rack, a paper roll holder, a fold-away vice bench with a rotating steel vice, metal pockets, cable holders and powerful LED ceiling lights to illuminate the interior.
A RACKING SOLUTION ONLY ON THE LEFT OF AN NV400
Here’s another NV400 installation. The Syncro System team first protected this van’s interior with a 12 mm thick, marble-look birch plywood floor liner, painted steel wall and door liners and a steel and plywood liner over the right-side wheel arch.
They then installed a racking configuration on the left side only, consisting of a floor-level compartment with a door over the wheel arch, two large tool case compartments with straps, a pull-out tray with two removable, steel component cases, two drawers with ball-bearing runners, a shelf with three large CAS35 containers, three configurable shelves and a full-length top tray for long objects like posts and pipes. The racking is complemented by LED ceiling lights to illuminate the van’s interior and milled aluminium rails for use with cargo lashing straps.
FLOOR AND BODYWORK LINERS FOR THE NV400
As with all vans, the bodywork of the Nissan NV400 is not able to withstand impacts from heavy cargo or equipment. Luckily, the Syncro catalogue offers all the protection you need for your van’s interior: floor and bulkhead liners in marble-look or rubber-coated birch plywood or aluminium tread plate, wheel arch liners, and door and wall liners in painted steel, various types of aluminium and even honeycomb plastic.
ROOF BARS, ROOF RACKS AND LADDER RACKS FOR THE NV400
If even the NV400 is not big enough to carry all the stuff you need, don’t worry! Syncro offers a complete range of roof bars, roof racks with side fences and rear loading rollers, and ladder slides for carrying ladders, cargo and equipment on the roof. The Syncro roof rack system can be configured to meet your needs too. All parts are made from steel and aluminium and, last but not least, all types of roof rack incorporate Syncro’s exclusive ULTRASILENT cross-bar that dramatically reduces noise and vibration when the van is moving thanks to a unique ridged profile that prevents the formation of turbulence.
LOADING RAMPS FOR THE NV400
If you need to load heavy equipment into the back of your NV400, you can equip your van with one of the many lightweight but robust loading ramps in the Syncro catalogue. Load capacities range from 200 to 1,800 kg.
Syncro ramps are designed to make light work of loading and unloading pallets, machines, garden tractors and quads, etc.
