1-11-2020: Francom S.p.a. becomes Syncro System S.p.a.
There has been an internal reorganisation within the Syncro System Group. The merger by incorporation of Syncro System Italia S.R.L. into Francom S.p.A. and the simultaneous name change of the latter sees the start of a new phase in the history of a company that is well established as leader of the van racking sector.
As of 01-11-2020, Syncro System Italia S.R.L. has merged by incorporation into Francom S.p.A. which has simultaneously changed its name to SYNCRO SYSTEM S.p.A. while maintaining the same Tax Code, VAT number and registered office, along with eight branches throughout Italy.
This new organisation will improve operational efficiency by allowing available resources to concentrate on creating added value for customers and stakeholders.
The new company has adopted as its name the brand that has identified its presence in the global market for van racking since 1996, publicly demonstrating its commitment to carrying on the development of products and services for all those who use commercial vehicles for their work.
It is worth recalling that 2020 is the 60th anniversary of the formation of Francom. Over the years, many things have happened and much has changed, but our desire, commitment and capacity to find new ways to satisfy our customers remains the same as ever.
