2024: unrivalled customer satisfaction

Syncro System’s customer satisfaction index remains close to 100%, with 45% “delighted”!

Following the excellent results obtained in 2022 and 2023, Syncro System requested Cerved to carry out another customer satisfaction survey in 2024.

Syncro is committed to continuous improvement and seeks to achieve it through a careful analysis of customer needs and feedback.

The 2024 survey shows a picture very much in line with the previous year: 99% of customers are satisfied with our service and 45% are pleased even beyond their expectations. In central and northern Italy, the number of “delighted” customers has grown by 7 percentage points compared to 2023.

The methods employed by the Cerved survey

Approximately 1000 Syncro System customers were contacted directly and questioned on three areas of satisfaction:

1. the contact person and the preparation of the offer

2. order management

3. administration & customer service

When summed, the scores yielded a satisfaction rate of 99% for order management and 98% for the other areas.

A Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) of 98% was then calculated.

What is the point of analysing customer satisfaction?

All responses were recorded by reference area and processed to help the various areas of our business to improve their service. The purpose of the survey is therefore to express our strengths in black and white, establishing a standard that must be maintained and possibly improved and, at the same time, to focus attention on aspects requiring attention, where there is still room for improvement in customer satisfaction.

Confirmation: what we do best

So, what are our strengths? Here is what the Cerved survey shows:

  • A competent, professional service: Syncro System sales representatives demonstrated competence in the technical aspects and design of racking solutions; installation teams demonstrated experience and precision in installing liners, racking and accessories; administrative staff were perceived as willing to help and well prepared.
  • Top-quality products and equipment: customers appreciated the completeness of our demonstration van and confirmed the thoroughness of the offers formulated in response to requests.
  • Flexibility and customer care: sales representatives and installers proved highly effective in customising individual racking systems to meet customers’ needs, satisfying all requirements thoroughly and effectively as well as requests for changes made after the order was placed.
  • Speed of service: most customers were struck by the short time that lapsed between submitting a request for information and receiving a quotation.

Objectives for 2025

Syncro System’s goal is to help more and more customers work with maximum professionalism and in a more efficient and profitable way. We express our commitment to this gaol every day, from consultations to the delivery of finished vans, but know that we can and want to do more!

The satisfaction they expressed is a reward for the daily work of everybody in our company, and the feedback they provided will be extremely useful in helping us to improve further.
