Following the excellent results obtained in 2022 and 2023, Syncro System requested Cerved to carry out another customer satisfaction survey in 2024.
Syncro is committed to continuous improvement and seeks to achieve it through a careful analysis of customer needs and feedback.
The 2024 survey shows a picture very much in line with the previous year: 99% of customers are satisfied with our service and 45% are pleased even beyond their expectations. In central and northern Italy, the number of “delighted” customers has grown by 7 percentage points compared to 2023.
Approximately 1000 Syncro System customers were contacted directly and questioned on three areas of satisfaction:
1. the contact person and the preparation of the offer
2. order management
3. administration & customer service
When summed, the scores yielded a satisfaction rate of 99% for order management and 98% for the other areas.
A Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) of 98% was then calculated.
All responses were recorded by reference area and processed to help the various areas of our business to improve their service. The purpose of the survey is therefore to express our strengths in black and white, establishing a standard that must be maintained and possibly improved and, at the same time, to focus attention on aspects requiring attention, where there is still room for improvement in customer satisfaction.
