Syncro fold-away shelves are the perfect solution for express couriers, who have to load their vans every day with packages of different size, weight and bulk. To meet the needs of couriers, racking must be particularly flexible. Configurations may have to be changed daily and this task needs to be done quickly and easily too!
Syncro System’s fold-away shelves can be installed in any make and model of van and are amazingly versatile to use. These shelves come in two depths (34 and 51 cm) and in three widths (75, 100 and 125 cm). Different modules can be freely combined one with another and each shelf is fully independent of the others and can be left open or closed as required.
Thanks to Syncro fold-away shelves, your van’s cargo space can be reorganised quickly to meet changing storage and transport needs in real time.
Syncro’s 2024 fold-away shelves consist of:
1. An upright pillar kit complete with profiles, mounting and anchoring brackets and feet. Uprights come in various heights and feature regularly spaced holes to allow shelves to be mounted at any desired height.
2. A shelf kit consisting of a steel shelf with a honeycomb plastic surface, stainless-steel hinges, gas springs, rear rail with Airline holes and stop pad. To fold the shelf away, simply push it upwards. The shelf automatically locks in place at the end of its travel.
To fold it down, simply pull it downwards. The shelf is in fully open position when the contact pad touches the upright. Once shelving is configured to meet the needs of the day, you can load your cargo on to the open shelves and secure it in place using hooks and straps attached to the Airline holes in the rear rail.
Compared to the original series of fold-away shelves, the opening and closing action of the 2024 versions has been improved and simplified to maximise ease of combination!
Syncro fold-away shelves are lightweight, robust, functional, versatile, and easy to install and use!
The latest series is even easier to use and install in any model of van.
Lightness is ensured by rigorous design and the use of materials that combine low weight with high strength.
