New model of transparent container cabinet for vans
A new model is being added to the range of cabinets for pull-out transparent containers in the Syncro System catalogue. The new product has a height of four 36 mm standard hole spaces, making it 144 mm in height, and is designed to hold only one row of containers.
Until now all cabinets for pull-out transparent containers were 7 hole spaces or 252 mm in height.
The reduced height of the new cabinet makes Syncro Ultra racking more flexible than ever by permitting installation even where height is limited.
Possible combinations
As with all Syncro System cabinets for pull-out transparent containers, this latest addition permits different combinations of small containers (118 mm wide) and large containers (236 mm wide), thanks to the availability of cabinets of 507, 760 of 1,014 mm in width and 210 or 260 mm in depth.
Up to eight small containers or four large ones can be fitted to the largest cabinets while the smaller cabinets can hold two large or four small.
Transparent container cabinets: basic characteristics
These cabinets consist of two principal parts: the cabinet itself, made from high-strength steel, and the pull-out containers made from PMMA, a high-strength transparent plastic. The containers fit snugly inside the cabinets and do not protrude into the van’s interior.
Each container is equipped with a quick-release push-button with an automatic latching mechanism that holds the container in closed and open positions. When fully extended, the container is held in place by this retaining system but can be removed fully by rotating it upwards to disengage it.
Containers can be fitted with aluminium dividers to create separate internal compartments.
These containers offer obvious advantages in time saving and greater efficiency: their transparent bodies let you see immediately what is inside them. This important detail saves you valuable time searching for small parts and fasteners and also eliminates the risk of unknowingly running out of important items!
