New Syncro accessory: a waste bin for your van
The Syncro System range of van accessories has just been extended to include this useful new idea: a removable, tilting waste bin.
The new bin was designed in Syncro’s own design department and is produced at the group’s own factory in the Veneto region of northern Italy. Like all Syncro System van accessories, it is intended to meet the specific needs of customers. The new waste bin is designed to keep your van’s load compartment clean and tidy over a typical working day. It consists of a closable, tilting bin that can be used to deposit packaging, faulty parts, pieces of paper and all other kinds of waste generated during a typical day’s work at base or on the road.
Positioning the Syncro waste bin
Because it is made in a standard cabinet size, the waste bin is compatible with all Syncro storage configurations and can be installed in various positions in any van.
The photos show the bin closed, open, removed from its frame and installed at floor level in a van racking system.
The Syncro System bin for vans: dimensions and characteristics
The Syncro waste bin for vans measures 26 centimetres in length by 25 in width. Thanks to these compact dimensions it can be installed either at floor level or higher up in the racking, and combines perfectly with all Syncro wheel arch units, shelves, drawers and cabinets.
A handle recessed in the front of the bin lets you tilt it open.
The bin is normally held closed by two magnets and stops that also prevent it moving and rattling when the van is on the road. The two stops, positioned on the inside walls of the frame, consist of two pins that engage with slots in the bin itself.
The bin tilts open and can be removed for emptying. Once out of its frame, emptying it and replacing it ready for the next day’s work is a piece of cake.
