New winch for vans by Syncro System
This electric winch with remote control is the latest addition to Syncro System’s range of accessories for vans. It is designed to apply horizontal traction to loads, and should therefore be used in conjunction with a loading ramp to overcome the height difference between the ground and the floor of the van. The winch weighs approximately 12 kg.
What can you use it for?
Winches are ideal for loading and manoeuvring bulky and heavy machines and equipment. This particular model can generate a traction force of up to 3500 lbs or 1587 kg.
How does it work?
The winch incorporates a planetary drive and a high performance 1.5 HP 12 V motor that connects to the vehicle’s battery and consumes very little energy for the force it generates. The motor controls the unwinding and rewinding of the 15 metre long, 5.4 mm diameter steel cable. The winch drum is equipped with an independent integrated brake to hold the load safely in position if movement is impeded.
The tempered steel hook attaches to the load to be moved, then cable movement is controlled from a cabled or wireless remote control.
