A common problem in van conversion is the weakness of bodywork where brackets and fixation points are installed. Syncro System R&D has therefore developed and designed a new fastening system that reduces considerably such problem.
THANKS TO THE SILENT BLOCKS INCORPARATED IN THE BRACKETS, VAN BODYWORK AND BRACKETS ARE PROTECTED AGAINST STRESS AND VIBRATIONS, PREVENTING FASTENING POINTS BREAKING.
Thanks to the 2 elastomers incorporated in the brackets, there is no contact between metal parts.
THE ENERGY IS DISSIPATED BY THE ELASTOMERS, GRANTING A TROUBLE-FREE LONG LIFE TO YOUR VAN RACKING!
Standard fixations are usually subject to breaking of either the bodywork or fastening brackets. The drawing on the right shows how the mechanical energy is dispersed by the elastomers. Thanks to its design, the bracket grants its functioning even in case of an exceptional event that causes elastomers’ breaking.
