The Renault Trafic is a medium size van also marketed by Nissan and Fiat.
When it first appeared in 2001, the Trafic marked a major development in commercial vehicles: Renault was the first to combine an ultra-modern (and still contemporary) design, with a square, user-friendly cargo compartment. In short, the Trafic offered stylish looks, a generous cargo capacity and good aerodynamics in one vehicle.
Renault launched the current series of the Trafic in 2014. While not radically different from its 2001 predecessor, the new version introduced improvements and upgrades in many areas.
A generous load compartment with almost vertical side walls makes the Trafic ideal for carrying cargo and for installing shelves, drawers and mobile workshop equipment.
The 2014 version of the Trafic maintains all the excellent characteristics appreciated by van users around the world since 2001.
Its floor, however, is not particularly even, and has a number of dips in addition to the usual reinforcement profiles found in all vans. Like all van floors, it is exposed to the risk of damage by unevenly distributed loads and protruding parts.
While the new Trafic is a modern, well-equipped van, as usual, the bodywork of the cargo compartment, including the side walls and doors, is insufficiently protected against damage caused by shifting cargo. If boxes and equipment slide around when the vehicle is on the road, they can easily knock into body panels and cause the sort of dents we see on so many commercial vehicles. These dents cause the paint to crack, eventually leading to corrosion in the metal underneath and eventually to costly bodywork repairs.
Syncro System has been helping Trafic users combat these problems for many years and manufactures, sells and installs liners for the van’s floor, walls, doors, bulkhead, and even wheel arches.
The Renault Trafic liners sold by the Syncro Group are made using sophisticated CNC machines to guarantee excellent quality and competitive prices.
All Syncro
floor and
wall liners come cut to size and pre-drilled, making installation quick and easy.
Syncro floor liners are available in plywood or aluminium and come ready fitted with spacers to solve the problem of dips in the floor. They therefore give your Trafic a completely flat and extremely practical floor surface.
Floor and bulkhead liners come in special grade plywood or aluminium tread plate, while side wall liners are available in pre-painted steel sheet or aluminium.
