Thanks to Syncro System, you can now install a brand-new tool locker in your van. On the outside, this looks just like a classic van locker, but inside it features multiple surfaces with square holes and inner doors that can be opened using flat knobs inserted in the panel holes.
The new locker comprises a bottom panel, two side panels and six in-door surfaces, offering a total of nine surfaces for storing tools.
You can ask your Syncro racking centre to install a locker kit with only tool rack panels or with two drawers as well.
The locker bottom can be used as it is or fitted with a composite liner that still allows tools to be attached, as seen in the photos.
The perforated tool rack panels are super-flexible to use. They can be fitted with individual plastic clips or with bars of shaped plastic spring clips for carrying tools like screwdrivers or Allen keys.
The locker doors are optimised thanks to an innovative design. Each door provides three tool rack surfaces: one on the inside surface and another two on the inside and outside surfaces of the inner door. The inner door is attached to the main door by hinges and has edges in bent sheet metal.
Thanks to this clever design, Syncro’s new tool locker offers nearly double the capacity of a conventional locker!
The tool locker is a special version of the classic Syncro van locker, which is designed for maximum versatility and adaptability: it can be used storing workwear and footwear, or for keeping materials, instruments, tools and electronic devices away from prying eyes.
The classic Syncro van locker (illustrated here) is available in 42 different variants and exterior dimensions and can be fully configured internally with different combinations of horizontal elements like drawers, shelves and plastic containers. Syncro lockers come with a key lock and a double latching system, ventilation holes and “Omega” hinges to allow the doors to open in any position.
All van locker versions integrate perfectly with Syncro racking!
