The Maxus eDELIVEr9 needs good liners as much as any van. First of all, liners stop the original body panels getting dented, and secondly they ensure that the van maintains a high re-sale value. And without dents and scratches, the bodywork does not rust, so yet another worry typical of van owners disappears.
A custom-made floor liner for the Maxus eDELIVER9
The most important surface to protect in any van is always the floor. This is not only subject to wear from heavy working shoes but is also exposed to damage by falling tools. That means a high risk of dents and scratches as well as damage by water and other liquids. This Maxus eDELIVER9 has been fitted with a Syncro System floor liner in marble-look plywood with protective metal profiles at the doors. The metal profiles serve two purposes: they prevent damage to the edges of the plywood and provide better grip for the van’s users as they enter and leave the cargo compartment. Syncro floor panels are all cut to exactly the right shape and size for the model of van in question and even come with pre-drilled recessed holes for the original floor anchor rings.
Syncro also supplies floor liners in aluminium tread plate, rubber-coated plywood and even two-layer floor panels with a plywood bottom layer and an aluminium tread plate top layer for maximum strength.
Complete lining systems for the Maxus eDELIVER9
The Maxus eDELIVER9 seen in the photos on this page has had its walls and doors lined with custom-made panels in painted steel, while its bulkhead is protected by marble-look plywood panels that follow the contours of the bodywork.
Bulkhead liners are also available in aluminium chequer plate and wall liners also come in honeycomb plastic. The wheel arches of this particular van have not been closed in, but Syncro can do this too, and even line the roof if needed.
