A new, 36 cm plastic container with a clear front cover
A new model has been added to the Syncro System range of plastic containers for vans. The new arrival is the APC00536, which is 36 cm long and can be equipped with a transparent front cover.
Materials
The body of the container is made from oil-resistant polypropylene, a material that is also highly resistant to load, heat and abrasion. The new container is designed to fit snugly in special Syncro shelves of the same depth, so that nothing protrudes towards the centre of the van.
The transparent front cover is made from poly methyl methacrylate (PMMA) for maximum transparency (thanks to a light transmission coefficient of around 92%). PMMA is also resistant to impact, UV radiation and chemical products.
Characteristics of the plastic container
The new, 36 cm plastic container:
- has internal grooves for up to three anodised aluminium dividers, to create separate compartments and stop contents becoming jumbled up
- offers improved capacity over previous models and an improved shape for easier positioning and removal
- has a large front handle for easy transport inside and outside the van
How to transport the new Syncro container
Among the many models of shelf found in the Syncro System catalogue, you can find special shelves in high-strength steel for the transport of plastic containers. These shelves have specially shaped edges to hold the containers securely in place during transport. Syncro offers a range of shelves in different widths and depths to carry six different models of container. Thanks to the amazing versatility of the Syncro system, these special shelves can be installed together with whatever other horizontal racking element a customer needs: metal drawers, transparent containers, vice benches, open shelves, enclosed shelves, case transport systems and lockers, etc...
Syncro System plastic containers: a particularly wide range
The new container will be available alongside the six others already present in the Syncro System catalogue: BOC21 and BOC26 which are 14.8 cm wide, 12.5 cm high, and 24 or 27 cm in depth; BOC 31 which measures 20.9x33.5x18.5 cm; BOC31G and BOC31P which are 29.5 cm in depth, 10 cm high, and 23 or 21.5 cm in width; and finally, CAS35, the largest, at 36.4x28.2x20.4 cm.
