How to transform your Nissan NV250 with Syncro System interior liners, racking, accessories and roof racks
THE SMALL VAN FROM NISSAN
The Nissan NV250 is the smallest offering in Nissan’s commercial vehicle range.
It is basically a Nissan-badged Renault Kangoo, the multispace vehicle for goods and passenger transport originally introduced by Renault back in 1997. This vehicle’s second series has been on the road since 2008, and was substantially restyled in 2013.
Despite the age of its design, the NV250 is still a modern vehicle, and boasts a cargo compartment large enough for carrying small volumes of goods and for conversion into a mobile stores or workshop based on Syncro System’s vast range of racking solutions. Our impressive range of protective liners, racking, accessories and roof racks enable Syncro installers to transform your NV250 into the perfect workshop on wheels for your own business needs.
A BULKHEAD RACKING SYSTEM IN A NISSAN NV250
Here’s an interesting racking solution for the NV250. The Syncro team started by installing a 12 mm thick marble-look plywood liner to protect the floor and a complete set of laser-cut, galvanised and painted steel bodywork liners to protect the interior.
The bulkhead racking consists of an open, floor-level compartment with a lashing strap, a shelf with a non-slip mat and metal space dividers, and three shelves fitted with a total of 25 removable plastic containers.
To exploit the space on the roof, the Syncro team also fitted this van with a roof rack with side fences and rear roller.
AN NV250 WITH UNDER-FLOOR DRAWERS AND RACKING
Here’s another great racking solution for the NV250, based on three large, steel, underfloor drawers on ball-bearing runners, two accessible from the back of the van and one from the side door.
Over the marble-look birch plywood floor liner, the Syncro team installed a racking system incorporating compartments and shelves with lift-and-rotate doors (the patented, Syncro System opening system that enables doors to provide unrestricted access).
Another shelf was fitted with adapters to carry a professional tool case in ABS and aluminium.
The van’s bulkhead and right wall are equipped with a number of milled aluminium rails for use with cargo retaining straps.
An LED ceiling light illuminates the interior and a water tank and soap dispenser are fitted to the left rear door.
This NV250 racking solution is completed by a first aid case and a paper roll holder.
A RACKING SOLUTION ON ONE SIDE OF THE NV250
This racking system leaves most of the floor free for cargo. After fitting a plywood floor liner with a marble-look surface, on the left of the van the Syncro team installed a racking system that includes a bottom compartment with a lift-up door, two trays with component cases, drawers with telescopic, ball-bearing runners, and steel shelves configured by aluminium dividers.
FLOOR AND BODYWORK LINERS FOR THE NV250
The Syncro Group supplies a complete range of liners for the cargo compartment of the Nissan NV250, including plywood floor liners with a marble-look resin or rubber-coated surface and aluminium tread plate floor liners too, wall liners in galvanised and painted steel, aluminium or honeycomb plastic, wheel arch liners in steel and plywood or steel and aluminium, and bulkhead liners in marble-look or rubber-coated plywood and in aluminium chequer plate. Syncro’s tough but lightweight liners are made on high precision CNC machines, and follow the shape of the bodywork to perfection. And because they come cut to size and pre-drilled, installation takes only a few minutes.
MAKING USE OF THE NV250’S ROOF WITH SYNCRO ROOF BARS, ROOF RACKS AND LADDER RACKS
To exploit the roof of the NV250, Syncro offers a range of modular roof bars, roof racks and ladder racks, all made from tough but lightweight steel and aluminium, and all fully customisable to meet your special needs. Thanks to the exclusive ULTRASILENT profile, all types of Syncro roof rack are amazingly silent too.
