Ultra doors are designed to enclose
Ultra shelves, drawers and case compartments and to shut off floor-level storage.
There are three different types of door:
- lift-up doors
- top-pivot doors
- lift-and-rotate doors
All types are modular in width and height and can be combined as needed.
Doors of this type open upwards and come to rest parallel to the racking above. Opening them therefore requires very little space in the centre of the van. Lift-up doors are mounted on a parallelogram opening system with two gas springs and an integrated synchronisation tube. The opening mechanism is completely maintenance-free. These doors measure 324 mm in height and can be installed directly at floor level, in conjunction with
light-duty or heavy-duty profiles or above most Ultra horizontal elements, to suit the user’s needs.
For greater security, lift-up doors are also available with a lock. The locking mechanism operates two internal latches that secure the door at the left and right sides.
This type of door opens downwards and comes to rest at the same level as the shelf to which it is fixed. The special lift-and-rotate hinges are protected by a Syncro System patent. These doors provide unrestricted access to the compartment behind. They feature a recessed handle and have no protruding parts. Lift-and-rotate doors are made entirely from steel and are completely maintenance-free. They can be installed at any height in a column of racking but must be above another element. They come in heights 108 and 252 mm, with or without profile.
