Syncro System racking centres also install a wide range of compressors and generators for applications of all kinds.
Separate compressor and generator units can be installed, the only limit being the size and capacity of your van.
These images show a 13 kW generator and a 1000 l/min compressor.
Generators can be petrol or diesel fuelled, silenced or unsilenced.
Alternatively, Syncro System centres can provide special, compact and lightweight machines specially designed for use in van workshops.
We can supply compressor-generator combos that produce up to 8.5 kW and 800 l/min and units driven by the van’s own engine, capable of producing up to 10 kW and/or 1000 l /min of air and/or hydraulic pressure up top 160 bar.

If you use a lot of electrical energy, compressed air or hydraulic power in your van, or if you need to operate a powerful welding machine, the best solution is to use your van’s own engine to provide the necessary power.
The Syncro catalogue includes the following compact and lightweight equipment:

A POWERFUL BUT COMPACT COMPRESSOR-GENERATOR
A powerful but compact compressor-generator: 6.2 kVA at 380 V and 830 litres/minute at 10 bar. Diesel engine, compact dimensions, integrates perfectly with Syncro racking thanks to a robust aluminium frame that protects the unit and supports the racking above.
220V COMPACT COMPRESSORS: TOP QUALITY OILLESS MODELS
Syncro supplies a wide range of top quality, high performance, compact compressors for vans. You can choose from various oilless or lubricated models to suit your needs.
Compressors are essential for powering pneumatic tools, inflating tyres and blow-cleaning components.
The Syncro range of compressors for vans includes:
1. Vertical compressors of 240 l/min and 330 l/min. These models are oilless, feature low voltage starting, have long power cables and function even in temperatures below zero.
2. 350 l/min vertical compressor. A low noise, lubricated model.
3. Lightweight, versatile, portable mini compressor. Oilless, 110 l/min.

12 V COMPACT COMPRESSORS: COMPLETE AUTONOMY AND PROFESSIONALISM GUARANTEED
If you need to work independently of the mains supply but do not want to install a generator and an inverter in your van, a 12 V compressor is the ideal solution. This type of compressor connects directly to your van’s battery and is even suitable for prolonged use.

THE 12 V OILLESS RANGE
The Silverstone 2 compressor. This is the smallest compressor available from Syncro System. Lightweight, measuring only 41x15x39 cm, and with a 5-litre mini tank. Output is 110 l/min. Complete with dual pressure gauge for monitoring tank and output pressure and with a manual output pressure regulator. Single cylinder compressor head.
The Esprit 3t compressor. This is the most silent of all Syncro compressor models. Powerful and compact with an output of up to 225 l/min. Measures only 45x24x28 cm. Twin cylinder boxer compressor head and 5-litre tank.
The Extreme 3 compressor. The most powerful in the range: 250 l/min with a 7-litre tank. Compact design, occupying only 41x40x40 cm, with a twin cylinder V compressor head.
12V 200A battery disconnector switch. Thanks to a 200A switch that comes as standard, the compressor can be installed wherever it is most convenient inside the van and switched on and off remotely.

You get a fully autonomous mobile workshop no matter which Syncro compressor you choose for your van! Syncro compressors take up very little space and are made from only the very best components. The Syncro team will install and deliver your compressor ready for use!
SUPPLEMENTARY AIR TANK FOR COMPRESSORS
If you need a continuous supply of compressed air, we can install one or more 80 litre supplementary tanks in your van. Syncro air tanks are made entirely from aluminium and are extremely lightweight. They can be installed in any position in the racking, even at a distance from the compressor itself. These tanks are compatible with all types of compressor: lubricated, oilless, and portable 12 V.
CABLE AND HOSE REELS
Mobile technicians often need electrical power, compressed air or other fluids some distance from the vehicle. Syncro’s cable and hose reels provide these users with significant lengths of cable or hose that can be rewound quickly and automatically when no longer needed.
The range includes electrical cable reels for three-phase or single-phase electrical power, mobile lamp reels, and hose reels for compressed air, water or oil.
Used alongside Syncro’s generators, compressors and mobile workshop equipment, these cable and hose reels help make installation and service work at customers’ premises easier, more efficient and more practical than ever.
INVERTERS: STABILISED ENERGY FOR ELECTRICAL AND ELECTRONIC EQUIPMENT
Syncro can install a pure sine wave inverter in your van. These units are ideal for powering electrical or electronic equipment from the van’s own battery or additional batteries. The inverter transforms normal 12 V DC power from the battery into 230 V AC current. Syncro inverters are designed especially for installation in mobile workshops and supply top quality, noise-free and fully stabilised power. The advantages of a Syncro inverter for vans:

- No emissions
- Can connect directly to the van’s battery
- Can run off an additional battery
- Available with built-in battery charger for connection to the mains
