He needed everything necessary to provide off-site assistance to trucks with mechanical failures or other problems. Operating without the support of a second vehicle, means that the van needs to be able to produce electrical currents (to operate various electrical and electronic equipment) and compressed air (for cleaning operations, inflating tires and operation of any pneumatic tools on board), lift replacement parts and components, which need to be loaded and unloaded, and provide ample and organized storage space for tools, equipment, materials and parts.
