Syncro among the top 1000 companies in the province of Vicenza in 2024

The 2024 edition of the Top 1000 Companies Report is a snapshot of the leading companies in the province of Vicenza based on financial statements for the year 2023. The figures are presented in printed and digital volumes edited by Publiadige and published by the Giornale di Vicenza in December. Syncro System Spa has appeared in the list since its inception and 2024 is no exception. Thanks to a substantial increase in turnover and profit, the leading name in van racking is listed in 622nd place, significantly higher than last year.

The results of the 2024 Report, which are calculated from financial data for 2023, provide a macroscopic overview of the health of the commercial vehicle sector based on the numbers on new vehicle registrations in Italy in the period. UNRAE (the National Union of Foreign Vehicle Representatives) registered an increase of 22.2% over the previous year’s registrations, with 196,525 units sold compared to only 160,839 in 2022. This is the best result since 2016, when registrations exceeded the threshold of 200,000 new vehicles.

The recovery in van sales is clearly reflected by the position of Syncro System in the Vicenza rankings: coming in at no. 622, Syncro System has gained 127 places over the 749th position achieved last year. This improvement is due to an increase in turnover of 4.49% (18,454,206 euros) and a 113% rise in net profit (1,551,440 euros).

Syncro System: the solidity and resilience needed to succeed in a complex market

In 2023, vehicle manufacturers partly made up for the production delays accumulated in previous years due to a shortage of components. This in turn enabled vehicle upfitters like Syncro System to see greater demand from van users.

As Luca Comunello, President of Syncro System explains, “The combined effects of greater vehicle availability and the constantly growing professionalism of Syncro’s dealer network has led to an increase in sales and improvements in other financial indicators too. The Syncro sales and installation network confirmed its market leadership in 2023. This positive trend has continued in 2024 though the market has shown signs of slowing down in the second half of the year.

The number of businesses that rely on the availability of well-equipped vehicles to operate efficiently and profitably is growing. Forecasts are therefore optimistic, though disturbances due to external factors are inevitable. “In the course of almost thirty years of specialisation,” concludes Luca Comunello, “Syncro’s van racking teams have developed the necessary skills to customise solutions to meet the most varied customer needs. Ours is a unique competence and one that is widely recognised by the market.”
