NEWS! New shelf-mounted spray can and silicone cartridge racks
Syncro now offers new aluminium racks for the safe and orderly transport of spray cans and silicone cartridge in your van. Unlike the previous accessories provided for the same function, the new racks are specially designed to fit on shelves in the place of metal space dividers.
They are compatible with shelves of 310, 360 and 410 mm in depth and can be installed in whatever quantity and position is desired, compatibly with the size of the shelf. Installation on shelves of 72 mm in height is direct, but an adaptor is required for shelves of 180 mm in height.
Side panel or shelf?
Here are some hints to help you choose the best type of rack!
Side panel racks
Syncro’s classic aluminium spray can and silicone cartridge racks can be attached to racking side panels, walls, doors, bulkheads or to the liners that protect these surfaces.
They can be positioned anywhere to allow spray cans and silicone cartridges to be accessed without having to climb on board.
Spray can racks of this type are available in 3-hole and 4-hole versions. Silicone cartridge racks are trapezoidal in shape so that the top slopes downwards when installed.They provide holes for 9 silicone cartridges and as many nozzles.
🆕Shelf racks
These new racks are specially designed to take the place of space dividers in shelves of 310, 360 and 410 mm in depth.
Silicone cartridge racks come with holes for 4, 5 or 6 cartridges and the same number of nozzle holes, depending on shelf depth.
Spray can racks of this type are available in 3-hole, 4-hole and 5-hole versions. Both kinds of rack can be positioned side-by-side to obtain a maximum of 12 racks on 1,521 mm long shelves.
This means that up to 60 spray cans or 72 silicone cartridges can be carried on a single shelf measuring 1,521 x 410 mm, the largest in the Syncro System range.
