STEEL RAIL FOR SECURING HEAVY ITEMS

A cargo lashing strap: 4000 kg breaking strain

Lashing systems consisting of a section of rail (cut to size) and lashing straps (of suitable length) with buckle or ratchet tensioner can withstand loads of up to 4,000 kg. This type of solution is ideal for securing gas cylinders and similar heavy loads. Movable steel hooks are also available for use with Syncro steel rail.

This completely modular system consists of an aluminium bar that can be fixed to your van’s walls or racking, various types of fittings, and a range of straps. It can be used to secure tool cases in floor-level compartments and other types of load placed against walls or in racking compartments.

Milled aluminium rail can be used with lashing straps (with buckle or ratchet tensioner), cargo bars and rings to secure cargo quickly and flexibly. Syncro milled rail can be fixed to the van’s bodywork or to racking.

VAN ROOF SYSTEMS

Syncro System also designs, produces and installs systems for carrying cargo and equipment on your van’s roof, all featuring the patented Ultrasilent profile. Depending on your needs, you can fit simple roof bars or roof racks, with or without pipe carriers and ladder racks. All systems incorporate Syncro’s Ultrasilent profile which, thanks to unique design and the materials used, dramatically reduces air resistance, noise, vibration and fuel consumption. All parts of Syncro’s rack system are designed to facilitate loading and unloading, hold cargo securely in place, and satisfy all relevant legal requirements. Syncro pipe carriers are ideal for carrying items like pipes and cable channels. They have doors at both ends, with locks to stop them opening accidentally when the van is moving. The design of Syncro ladder racks ensures the secure transport of a particularly awkward and potentially hazardous item of equipment.
