A COMPARISON BETWEEN SYNCRO RACKING AND CONVENTIONAL ALTERNATIVES

Syncro products are designed and made for use in vans. As a result, they carry more and last longer than other racking.

CONTAINERS WITH INTERNAL DIVIDERS

Syncro containers come with space dividers
All Syncro System plastic containers can be fitted with internal dividers, so you can create separate compartments as needed!

CONVENTIONAL CONTAINER CABINETS

Because of poor quality materials and protruding handles, conventional containers tend to break in a few years.

SYNCRO SYSTEM TRANSPARENT CONTAINER CABINETS

Thanks to a patented, protrusion-free design, an automatic latch system with a quick-release button, and top-quality plastic materials, Syncro System transparent containers last indefinitely.

METAL DRAWER CABINETS

Look at these photos comparing Syncro System drawers with a conventional metal cabinet. You can see that Syncro drawer cabinets do not have a bottom panel or double sides. This gives a 30% saving in weight with no loss of strength.

RACKING THAT LASTS

Syncro shelves, drawers and other racking components are made from tough, long-lasting materials. Most parts are made from high-strength steel, a material capable of withstanding the high loads, vibration, torsion and other stresses to which racking is subjected in a moving van, without breaking. Syncro products are designed for maximum load capacity and durability too.

The photos above show a racking system we installed in 1996 and removed in 2019. It might be dirty, scratched and show signs of corrosion, but it remains perfectly functional despite daily use by a building systems technician for all those years.

Unfortunately, not all our competitors use the best materials and designs. A number of aluminium and steel parts of this competitor’s racking system have broken after only a few years of use. Bear in mind that the van in which this racking was installed was not involved in any accident: the damage seen here is the result of normal stress from daily use and, of course, failure to use the best designs and materials.
