The Syncro racking system is a complete set of drawers, shelves, containers and other racking elements and accessories that can transform your van into an efficient mobile workshop. This makes it quite difficult to consult – even for us! If you consider the almost infinite number of possible product combinations too, it’s easy to understand that the best approach is to get in touch with us so that we can decide together on the best solution for your needs. You can contact us here or search the website for your nearest Syncro dealership. Call us. The Syncro team is at your disposal!

Vans come from the manufacturer with virtually no interior protection. This makes it very easy for falling cargo to damage the bodywork. The cost of fitting liners is far lower than the cost of repairs. Bodywork repairs are expensive!

The Syncro range covers 10,000 articles of van racking between drawers, shelves, work benches, ladder slides, roof racks, access ramps and accessories. If we include floor and bodywork liners too, our range extends to around 36,000 different articles.

The Syncro catalogue includes a vast range of accessories for vans, including roof bars, roof racks and ladder racks. Syncro van roof equipment is also completely modular and can easily be adapted to meet your needs.

Of course! The Syncro Group can provide low and mains voltage electrical systems and can install all essential electrical items like lights, sockets, inverters, generators etc., along with all the necessary connections.

If your work demands mobility, Syncro racking can transform your van into an efficient and orderly mobile workshop. Syncro racking lets you carry all the tools, equipment and spares you need for your job. And because everything is stored in perfect order, you won’t waste any more time searching for tools and spares. If you work away from your main workshop and stores, you know how much time and money you waste if you can’t find or don’t have a cheap but essential component!

The time needed to amortise your investment obviously depends on your earnings, but supposing that an efficient racking system saves you 10 minutes a day, your upfit would pay for itself in 6 to 24 months, considering the time and money you would otherwise lose. Having said this, almost all our customers tell us that their Syncro racking saves them far more than 10 minutes a day!

Keeping all your tools and materials in perfect order optimises your costs by stopping you losing things and having to buy them again. And because everything is securely stored for transport, you suffer no more breakages on the road. A more efficient use of space allows you to carry all your tools with you and have plenty of room left over for cargo and other materials. And don’t forget that an orderly van makes you look far more professional in front of your customers. Last but not least, time wasted searching for essential items means more than lost earnings… it means added stress too. A well organised van helps keep stress at bay! Here are some good reasons for choosing Syncro System.

Yes, because Syncro racking is completely modular. You can always add to, extend or move components as necessary. Changing your van is not a problem. Most Syncro racking components can be transferred from your old vehicle to your new one.

Syncro racking is fixed in place by threaded inserts and screws, so when it is removed, your van’s bodywork is left undamaged, with no cutouts, welds or modifications: that means no loss of resale value!

Absolutely not. Syncro racking optimises the space in your van, providing storage for all your tools and materials while leaving plenty of room for cargo. Our sales service will be happy to help you design exactly the right solution for your needs!

Your racking can be removed in very little time. If you wish, removal time can be reduced even further by using thumb screws to hold your racking in place instead of normal screws. The only thing to remember is that your racking can hold 3 to 4 times its weight in tools and materials, so emptying everything first can be quite time consuming. Normally it is best to find a solution that leaves enough free floor space to carry additional equipment too. Here again, our sales service will be happy to help.

Of course you can. The Syncro racking system is designed to make the best possible use of all available space, so it is particularly well suited to small vans. You can view examples of racking solutions for small vans like the Panda Van, the methane-fuelled Fiat Fiorino, the Renault Kangoo and many others.

Thanks to the use of sophisticated materials like special, high-strength steel, aluminium, plywood, polypropylene, etc., and smart, weight-saving cutouts that eliminate all unnecessary material, Syncro racking is amazingly robust and lightweight. Developments and improvements over the years have also led to weight reductions of 20% - 30% in many components.

All Syncro van racking is made at our works in Cassola, Vicenza. We only use the latest generation production machinery. All phases of design and manufacturing are completed using the latest CAD/CAM systems, while an advanced technical organisation ensures lean production, total quality and continuous improvement. With Syncro System, you can depend on top quality products and services.

Syncro’s van racking system is “GS” certified. “GS” stands for “Geprüfte Sichereit” or “Proven Safety”. The “GS” mark is a voluntary quality mark and shows that a product has been tested by an independent certifying body and found safe for use. Production plant also have to be inspected on an annual basis. The reference standard used for testing is the latest edition of ECE R17, which involves a 50 km/h crash test into a non-deformable barrier. A 50 km/h impact with a non-deformable barrier more or less corresponds to a 100 km/h impact with another vehicle. Luckily, most accidents occur at far lower speeds.

All Syncro racking components are guaranteed for 3 years against manufacturing defects. Under the terms of this warranty, any defective parts will be repaired or replaced. Articles produced by other companies, such as generators or compressors are covered by the manufacturer’s own warranty.

We installed our first racking system back in October 1996. Since then, Syncro has installed around 90,000 racking systems, in Italy and all over Europe. We have also served a wide variety of customers, in terms of size, business type and location. Because we have designed and installed custom solutions for every single customer, we have gained unrivalled experience. Our racking systems are used by electricians, plumbers, painters and decorators, plant maintenance technicians and others. In fact, Syncro System mobile workshops are the preferred choice of all tradesmen and professionals!

All Syncro System products are made in our own factory in Cassola, Vicenza, northern Italy. The workshops that install our racking in Italy are mostly owned by our company. Various independent dealers and installation centres, however, also sell and install Syncro products in Italy and elsewhere. There are currently some 50 specialist dealerships around the world, along with numerous non-specialist dealers. You can find Syncro System dealers here.

Before concluding any sale, the Syncro Group always issues a detailed quote listing exactly what is included. All the materials needed, including screws, rivets, inserts, attachments, etc., are covered by the quote, whether the installation is performed by the customer or by the Syncro Group. The price quoted also includes items like mats and space dividers for drawers, dividers for those models of plastic container that need them, plastic containers for cases etc. So you will have no unpleasant surprises when you pay the bill.

You only need standard hand tools to install Syncro racking in your van, so there’s nothing stopping you doing it yourself. Racking solutions come complete with all the material needed to install them, inclusive of screws, brackets and instructions. Obviously, if you want a professional result, it’s essential to follow our instructions meticulously.

Syncro personnel are highly trained and can complete an installation quickly and accurately. In addition, Syncro installation centres maintain a vast stock of products, so any modifications or additions to your racking system can be made during installation without problems or delay.

Syncro racking incorporates various noise and vibration reducing measures. For example, all drawers and configurable shelves come with non-slip mats and space dividers with plastic anti-vibration clips. Drawers have a double latch system. All the parts of a Syncro racking system are securely held in place. The noise level is therefore very low, and your van will certainly be a lot quieter than it would be with all your tools and materials in a heap on the floor!

There’s no standard answer to this question. Every racking solution we design and install is unique, as it meets the needs of an individual customer and a specific model of van. Solutions start from 200 - 300 euros for a Panda Van or similar vehicle and can reach a few thousand euros for large vehicles. The Syncro sales service is at your disposal and will happily provide a free, no-obligation quote. We can always find the right solution for your working needs … and for your pocket!

It rarely takes more than one day to install racking in a van. To install liners and internal racking, it normally takes between half a day for a small van to one day for a large one. Complex systems and bodywork modifications, etc., may require more time, of course. 95% of installations are completed on the same day.
