All vans today are supplied without the liners they need to protect against wear and tear from normal use.
Knowing this, the Syncro System Group has been producing and fitting a vast range of bodywork protection since 1996. Syncro supplies floor, wheel arch, wall, door and bulkhead liners for all vans, including the ProAce City, the latest addition to the Toyota range.
These photos show a ProAce City with a floor liner in 12 mm thick birch plywood with a marble-look resin surface, complete with cups for the original anchor rings and stainless-steel edges at the doors. This robust but lightweight liner protects the van’s original floor and provides a perfectly flat surface for racking and cargo.
The van’s walls are lined with anodised aluminium panels, laser-cut to fit the body perfectly.

bulkhead liners in 12 mm thick, marble-look plywood, and door and wall liners in galvanised, grey painted steel sheet.
All Syncro System protective liners come cut to size and shape and pre-drilled to ensure rapid and accurate fitting. And the cost? Far less than a visit to a bodywork shop to repair the damage caused by daily loading, transport and unloading.
