New vans, so new liners and racking solutions from Syncro
New Renault Kangoo and Mercedes Citan vans were launched in the summer of 2021 and Syncro System immediately set about developing custom-made floor and bodywork liners for both models before devising brand new racking solutions to meet the needs of owners.

Syncro bodywork protection for the 2021 Kangoo and Citan
Every model of van has its own distinctive characteristics, and this means that dedicated liners have to be developed every time a new model is introduced. Some quite major changes were made to the 2021 edition of these compact vans, for example, compared with the previous editions. The new models are almost 20 cm longer and the cab is separated from the cargo compartment by a fixed bulkhead with a hinged metal grille that can be swung open to accommodate particularly long items. The above photos illustrate a Syncro lining solution for the new 2021 Citan / Kangoo, featuring a pre-shaped and pre-drilled plywood floor liner with a marble-look surface and door and wall liners in painted steel panelling. Syncro can equip your 2021 Mercedes Citan or Renault Kangoo with liners in a choice of materials including rubber-coated plywood or aluminium tread plate for the floor, honeycomb plastic, sheet steel or aluminium for the walls and doors.
Customised racking for the 2021 Citan or Kangoo
All Syncro System van racking elements can be installed in the Citan and Kangoo, thanks to the almost infinite versatility of the Syncro Ultra racking system and its extensive range of horizontal elements and common, modular side panels. The racking system on the left of the van in these photos consists of a simple column of three shelves. The first and third are plain shelves with non-slip mats and metal space dividers. The middle shelf has similar characteristics but features a higher rear panel and dividers, a small detail that significantly increases the shelf’s storage capacity. Even a simple racking system like this can be complemented by a wide range of accessories for securing cargo and tools, cleaning, ventilation, security and more besides.
