The Talento is the new medium class van from Fiat. Intended as a replacement for the Scudo, it is positioned between the Doblò and the Ducato in terms is size.
The ultra-modern Talento boasts a particularly generous load compartment that is also easy to exploit thanks to its regular shape.
A RACKING SYSTEM THAT LEAVES PLENTY OF ROOM FOR CARGO
One of the needs most frequently expressed by Syncro customers is for racking to leave plenty of free floor space to permit the transport of all the cargo they need for their daily work in addition to materials, equipment and spare parts. Syncro racking is perfectly able to satisfy these requirements, as this installation shows.
But let’s start from the beginning. The first step in fitting out this Fiat Talento was to protect the original floor with a covering of lightweight but strong, resinated marine grade plywood, complete with protective steel edging at the doors.
This not only protects the Talento’s original floor but provides a perfectly flat surface for the racking.
Syncro’s installers then used galvanised, pre-painted steel panels to line the van’s left and right side walls.
The racking over the left and right wheel arches consists of open wheel arch cabinets and sets of steel cabinets with tilting transparent containers. Because they are only 16 cm deep, these cabinets leave virtually all the floor free. Because the containers are made from transparent plastic, users can see immediately where to find all the parts and materials they need. This top quality material (used to make aircraft and submarine windows ) combined with Syncro’s exclusive design and automatic locking system guarantees years and years of trouble-free functioning.
The deeper racking installed at the bulkhead consists of an open bottom cabinet and three cabinets above it. These include a unit of pull-out drawers with telescopic runners and two shelving units containing a total of 7 metal cases. Tool and component cases have been among Syncro’s best sellers for 25 years. Syncro cases are lightweight, incredibly strong and fitted with ergonomic handles and safety closures. Internal compartments let you arrange and carry an impressive amount of different parts.
The racking system is completed by three trays with aluminium dividers and rubber mats. Top trays are installed on the right side and bulkhead racking and a third tray is fixed to the floor inside the open cabinet at the bulkhead.
