Syncro’s achievements 2020-2025
Syncro System beyond the global crisis
The five years from 2020 to 2025 were marked by a series of unpredictable events that seriously impacted the global economy, triggering a range of crises that had serious repercussions for all businesses, Syncro System included.
The main consequence of the Covid-19 pandemic was disruption of the supply chain and serious delays in deliveries of commercial vehicles, raw materials and components. This was soon followed by an increase in operating and energy costs that put a severe strain on all businesses. Syncro System overcame this turbulence thanks to careful and flexible management and found itself well placed to restart when the market showed the first signs of recovery. The company therefore succeeded in meeting the subsequent increase in demand while still guaranteeing the excellent products and services it is renowned for.
Continuous technological renewal
Over the last five years, major investments have been made to improve production and the quality of components.
- New punch. This machine, which cuts the sheet metal used to make racking and accessories, is faster and above all safer than previous types, since loading and unloading are performed automatically and do not require constant manual assistance by an operator.
- New bending machine. Here too, CNC (computerised numeric control) allows bending pressure and angle to be adjusted extremely accurately while automatic handling reduces risk to the operator.
- New paint plant. Unlike the previous system, the new plant incorporates a washing tunnel that prepares the bare metal to receive the paint. In addition, the old single-colour booths have been replaced by a single multi-colour booth with rapid, automated colour selection. The results are better and more consistent over time.
- All processes have now been computerised and integrated into the company’s ERP system.
Energy efficiency and respect for the environment
Syncro’s focus on energy saving and respect for the environment has intensified as the company has evolved.
Syncro’s photovoltaic system has now grown to 1463 panels and produces a total of 500 kWp of power with an annual output of around 550,000 kWh. This supplies over 50% of internal demand.
The factory lighting system is 100% LED and fully equipped with dimmers to minimise consumption.
