RACKING FOR THE DACIA DOKKER
The Franco-Romanian car maker Dacia has been producing simple, competitively priced, yet perfectly functional vehicles for many years now. The Dokker is the company’s first commercial vehicle and is sold as a panel van and as a passenger vehicle in the multispace segment.
The cab has plenty of space for driver and passenger while the cargo compartment is of similar capacity to other vans in the same category but quite square in shape. This makes it ideal for transport and for conversion into a mobile workshop with shelves, drawers and other forms of racking.
The large side door is particularly practical and provides easy access to cargo and racking inside the van.

INTERIOR LINERS FOR THE DOKKER
Syncro can supply floor and bulkhead liners in marble-look or rubber-coated plywood or in aluminium tread plate as well as protective wall and door liners in steel, aluminium or honeycomb plastic. The Syncro liner range also includes wheel arch liners in steel and plywood or steel and aluminium.
METAL DRAWERS AND PLASTIC CONTAINERS FOR THE DOKKER
Here’s an example of racking on both sides of the Dokker. First, the interior was protected with a marble-look plywood floor liner and bodywork liners in galvanised and painted steel sheet. Racking was then installed on both sides of the van. On the left we can see a case compartment with an automatic shuttle. Above this are a pull-out vice bench complete with a steel vice, 6 metal drawers and two case trays. The case trays and two drawers are accessible from the van’s left side door. At the top of the racking is a large shelf with space dividers. Moving over to the right of the van, we find a floor-level compartment with a lift-and-rotate door, then two cabinets of pull-out transparent containers. The installation is complemented by an LED ceiling light and a handwash kit with water tank and tap, soap dispenser and paper roll holder.
RACKING ON ONE SIDE OF THE DOKKER
Here’s another Dokker racking solution. This time the protection consists of a plywood floor liner and interior liners in galvanised, painted steel sheet.
The racking on the left is simple but practical, with three metal drawers and two shelves with space dividers.
ROOF BARS AND ROOF RACKS FOR THE DOKKER
