The racking is all concentrated along the left side, leaving the cargo compartment with plenty of free floor space. Let’s take a closer look.
Interior liners... a must-have or an optional?
Without a shadow of doubt... a must-have! Protecting the interior of your van with Syncro System liners means extending its life and avoiding dents, scratches, holes and rust in the bodywork. This electrician’s Fiat Doblò is fitted with a plywood floor liner with a marble-look surface, installed using spacers in the channels to distribute weight evenly and form a more resistant walkable floor surface. In addition, Syncro floor liner panels are fitted with protective stainless-steel profiles on all exposed edges. The cups that provide access to the original floor anchors are in stainless steel too. Syncro floor liners are laid in such a way that water and spillages cannot penetrate them, ensuring 100% protection!
The top sections of the doors and walls are lined with steel panels, a material that offers unbeatable impact resistance. Syncro door and wall liners are also available in other materials such as honeycomb plastic and smooth or chequer-plate aluminium.
Everything on one side of the Doblò: the space-saving solution!
Concentrating all your racking on just one side is a great way to leave plenty of floor space free in the back of your van. The layout of this Fiat Doblò L2 H1 proves the point. Only one wall has been equipped with racking, with all remaining surfaces left free to allow bulky cargo to be carried and held in place using dedicated accessories. The racking configuration on the left wall consists of:
- a floor-level compartment with a lift-and-rotate door, (a Syncro patent) that pivots down to provide unrestricted access
- a series of four pull-out trays for individual metal cases, also exclusive to Syncro and equipped with a patented mechanism complete with a release button in the front panel for easy opening and automatic latching on closing
- three metal drawers with non-slip mats and vertical space dividers
- a shelf with a lift-and-rotate door
- a Multibox cabinet at the top, with six pull-out transparent containers
Syncro van accessories: super-practical ideas you can add at any time
This Doblò for an electrical business has been equipped with only a few selected accessories. But remember that Syncro accessories can be added at any time, even years later. Additional items can be installed on the walls, doors, or racking side panels as and when needed.
These photos show that this van is already equipped with two cargo retaining accessories: a bar rack with lashing strap on the racking side panel and a cable holder on the van’s bulkhead. A paper roll holder can also be seen on the racking side panel.
