The photo gallery above shows a (very) used van with brand new liners and Syncro Ultra racking.
As with a new van, the first step in this project was to extend the life of the floor, which in this case had already been thoroughly tested by years of use without protection. To put this right, the Syncro team installed a
plywood floor liner with a marble-look surface and protective steel edges.
Using this as a level base, the team then installed a racking system on the left of the van, consisting of a floor-level case compartment with a strap at the front, two
drawers with automatic retaining mechanisms and quick-release buttons, two trays with
Galaxy plastic cases and two
shelves, the lower one with a
door and the other left open at the top of the racking.
Two useful
accessories were then fitted to the side of the racking: a bar rack and a cable holder. Ultra racking is distinguished by the presence of equidistant holes in the sides. This clever design allows end users to move and fit accessories on their own, choosing the most practical position based on experience.
