Two Syncro System racking solutions for the Fiat Doblò

On this page you can see two Syncro System racking solutions for the Fiat Doblò. Both systems feature racking only on the left wall, leaving most of the floor, the other wall and the bulkhead free, apart from accessories for securing cargo.

In addition to similar racking systems, the two Doblòs also share the same interior liners. The floor liner in both vans is made from super-strong plywood with a marble-look surface, while door and wall lining panels on the top half of the bodywork are in painted steel. The second van differs only in having a marble-look plywood liner applied to the bottom section of the bulkhead as well.

The left side racking in this first solution provides different forms of storage:

• a floor-level compartment over the wheel arch, enclosed by two side panels and a full-access door at the front
• a second floor-level compartment with a case transport system, complete with end plate and self-locking sliding shuttle at the top
• four metal drawers with automatic retaining mechanisms, non-slip mats and internal space dividers
• three configurable shelves, including a full-length one at the top

The van’s bulkhead is equipped with a slider bar with hooks and straps.

In this Doblò too, the only area fitted with racking is the left wall:

• A single, floor-level compartment runs the entire length of the racking and is partly enclosed at the front by a door that folds down to provide unrestricted access.
• Over this are two configurable shelves with non-slip mats.
• At the top is a full-length tray with a door at the rear, for carrying long objects.

Cargo lashing systems are the only type of accessory installed in this van too, but a number of different ones are fitted. Milled bars have been applied vertically to the racking side panels and horizontally to the bulkhead and right wall. This type of bar can be used with hooks and straps of various types and even with other bars to secure cargo of all shapes and sizes.
