FLOOR LINERS FOR THE MASTER
The large Renault Master has been on the market for over 30 years.
The first Master series was presented back in 1981. The second became available in 1997 and featured more modern styling and a low and easily accessible cargo floor. The Master got a thorough restyling in 2003, covering the entire front end and cab. Renault introduced the present series of the Master in 2010.
With the introduction of the latest generation Master, Renault dramatically increased the range of options and configurations, offering the 2010 Master in many different size and equipment variants. The Master is also one of very few vans available with either front or rear wheel drive to cater for high cargo volumes or high loads respectively.
As with all other vans on the European market, the Syncro Group has been producing and marketing a wide range of floor and bodywork liners for the Master since 1996.
All vans can be damaged by heavy cargo if it is not properly secured and slides around or falls over, striking thin body panels. Since the Master’s standard interior protection, where fitted, is not up to the task of providing effective protection, cargo impacting the van’s body can easily cause dents and crack the paintwork. As time passes, the exposed metal then starts to corrode, forming the strips of rust we see on so many working vans.
In addition, if weight is not distributed evenly, or if heavy cargo has protruding parts underneath, the standard floor can easily be damaged, dented and made difficulty to use.
ALUMINIUM BODYWORK LINERS FOR THE MASTER
Syncro wall liners for the Master come in galvanised and painted steel sheet, aluminium chequer plate or honeycomb plastic.
The Renault Master in these photos is fitted with a marine-grade, resin-bonded plywood floor liner with a marble-look finish while the walls and rear doors are covered in aluminium chequer plate.
Anodised aluminium represents the best possible compromise between impact resistance and weight.
This material also gives your van’s interior a strikingly attractive appearance.
TYPES OF LINER FOR THE MASTER
Syncro makes floor liners for the Master from 12 mm thick, marine-grade, resin-bonded plywood with a scratch-proof, non-slip surface. These liners come complete with stainless steel edging at the doors.
Syncro bodywork liners for the Master are made from galvanised and painted steel sheet or aluminium sheet. The Syncro liner range for the Master even includes wheel arch liners and bulkhead liners in resin-bonded plywood or aluminium chequer plate just like the floor liners. Door lining panels come in steel or aluminium. Steel grilles are available for the rear windows.
