The importance of choosing the right bodywork liners
Whatever make and model of van you plan to fit out, your first step should always be to install interior liners of one type or another to prevent dents and scratches and protect against wear and damp.
A fully customised racking configuration on the left of the Scudo
The racking on the left of this van occupies the full height of the wall, from floor level to only a few centimetres from the roof and runs from the bulkhead behind the cab right back to the door at the rear. The two floor-level compartments serve different purposes: one is fitted with a full-access door and provides secure storage for bulky objects; the other is equipped with four open shelves with frames for Galaxy clear plastic cases.
Thanks to the amazing flexibility of Ultra racking, shelves can be installed even at floor level. The central section contains four large metal drawers with non-slip mats and metal space dividers. At the top is a cabinet of pull-out transparent plastic containers – ideal for carrying medium-to-small parts, tools and spares.

The racking on the right of the van provides ample storage capacity and consists of:
- a floor-level compartment identical to that on the opposite wall, complete with a door that folds down to permit unrestricted access
- two large metal drawers with a load capacity of up to 120 kg
- a top shelf
- a spray can rack on the rearmost side panel
- a bar with sliding hooks and straps on the forward side panel
