TOUGH AND TRANSPARENT

Syncro’s steel cabinets and transparent plastic containers combine two extremely important characteristics: strength and functionality.

• Syncro transparent container cabinets are amazingly tough because they are made from high-strength steel and ultra-resistant PMMA (polymethylmetacrylate). PMMA is a synthetic resin that is lighter and more transparent than glass, extremely resistant to impact, non-toxic and unaffected by UVA. To give you an idea of its strength and reliability, we need only say that it is used to make aircraft windows, vehicle headlights and shatter-proof windows!
• They are also functional because they offer a generous amount of storage space and are ideal for holding small parts since you can always see what is inside. In brief, Syncro transparent containers eliminate the need to search for the parts you need. And because you can see how much is inside, there’s no risk of you ever accidentally running out of any essential nuts, bolts, or spares!

Another two significant advantages of Syncro transparent container cabinets are their light weight, thanks to perforated side panels and lightweight plastic, and the sense of luminosity that the clear plastic gives to your van. Syncro Ultra transparent containers come in two types: pull-out and tilting.

Pull-out transparent containers slide in and out on self-lubricating, wear-resistant runners. A spring-loaded mechanism engages as the container approaches its fully extended position. You can nevertheless remove the container completely by pulling it outwards while tilting it up. The front of the container has no protruding parts. A recessed and ergonomic release button automatically holds the container in closed position. Pull-out containers come in two different heights: 252 and 144 mm. Cabinets can hold between 2 and 16 containers depending on size. Containers are available in depths of 210 and 260 mm.

Tilting transparent containers are smaller in depth (110, 160 or 210 mm) than their pull-out counterparts and have no protruding parts.They tilt outwards through 45° towards the user and can be completely removed from the cabinet for emptying, refilling or easier access to contents.

Transparent tilting containers come in four different models:    180 mm high, single row, two partitions    180 mm high, two rows, no partitions    252 mm high, one partition    324 mm high, one partitionAll types can be combined with each other and with other Ultra racking components to hold large quantities of materials and spares with quick and easy access.

Transparent container cabinets are also available in vertical versions for installation on racking side panels.

Conventional plastic containers tend to break with use, partly because of poor quality materials and partly because of protruding handles. But now there’s an answer to the problem! But now there’s an answer to the problem!

Because the steel cabinets that hold transparent plastic containers are modular in design, they are fully compatible with all other Syncro Ultra components and, of course, with one another. The choice of depths in which these cabinets are available provides a particularly useful way of exploiting all available space in your van. Cabinets can be installed offset to compensate for sloping van bodies and improve access to contents. Just like any other Syncro Ultra horizontal element, cabinets of transparent container can be installed above or below:
