Like all vans, the body panels of the Ford Custom can easily be damaged by shifting or falling cargo. Materials and equipment are not always perfectly secured for transport, and heavy items can easily fall during loading and unloading, causing serious damage to thin bodywork.
Once damaged in this way, body panels soon rust, and eventually holes form.
Even the floor needs extra protection. Luckily, a Syncro System liner in plywood or aluminium is all you need to avoid dents, scratches and breakages. Syncro floor liners also form a perfectly flat load surface, facilitating the movement of cargo and the installation of racking systems!
All Syncro floor and bodywork liners for the CUSTOM are made from extra-tough, long-lasting and lightweight materials: 12 mm thick, resin-bonded birch plywood with a marble-look or rubber-coated surface and aluminium tread plate for floor and bulkhead liners, and painted steel sheet, aluminium, and honeycomb polypropylene for bodywork liners.
All liners come pre-shaped and pre-drilled and can be fitted in next to no time.
