As all users of commercial vans know, the manufacturer fitted cargo floors are not suited for creating a practical workspace, not to mention the fact that they are not durable enough to withstand the stresses of everyday wear and tear. Added to that is the fact that they have built-in ridges, which makes loading and transporting materials, equipment and merchandise all the more difficult. Installing racking modules becomes nearly impossible.
Syncro System found a simple and effective solution to all these problems – since 1996 the group has employed special
plywood or aluminum floor panels. The panels are pre-cut and pre-perforated, light-weight and extremely resistant. They can be installed in almost no time at all and guarantee years and years of use without warping or weakening.
The most commonly requested type of flooring by Syncro System clients is the extra-resistant plywood floor paneling. All plywood floor panels come equipped with steel anchorage points to hook or tie down cargo, and steel borders along the door edges, where the van doors are, to avoid damage to the exposed wooden edges.
The group Syncro System has recently introduced an important improvement: the floor panels' steel borders are now non-slip – made of stainless steel AISI with a special satin finish, extremely durable, lightweight, stylish and certified non-slip, according to DIN 51130, R12 regulations.
In short,
this certification ensures an exceptionally high non-slip surface, avoiding possible slips, falls and injuries, even when van users are wearing greasy or oily shoes.
The plywood floor panels themselves, all have a special non-slip treated surface. It is a sign of our continued dedication to the safety of everyone who uses vans upfitted with Syncro System products.
