Turning a plain van into a work of art is what we do! Since 1996 we have specialised exclusively in transforming vans into mobile workshops that satisfy the needs of their users. On this page you can see an Iveco Daily L3H2 with a complete racking system for an electrician who installs security, fire prevention and solar energy systems. The large van has racking on both sides and is equipped with various cargo retaining accessories. There is even a roof rack with ladder slides and a pipe carrier.
New vans are nearly always delivered “naked”, i.e. with no protection for the interior. Used like this, the thin metal sheets that form the bodywork are subjected to significant stress, leading to dents, scratches and perforations that require expensive repairs. Left untreated, damage of this kind quickly leads to rust and a collapse in the value of the vehicle. Syncro System’s experts can solve this problem at source by protecting the doors, walls, floor and even the roof of your van with custom-made liners before installing your racking system and returning your van.
In this Iveco Daily:
In this van, racking has been installed on the left and right sides in a partly similar arrangement. This has allowed the user to add a variety of storage elements to hold all his tools, materials, spares and sundries in an orderly manner, helping him to work more professionally and efficiently and saving him time and money! The van is fitted with:
All Syncro System racking solutions can be made even more functional with the addition of accessories chosen to meet specific needs. In this Daily, the rear-facing side panel of the right-side racking is fitted with a fold-away vice bench with a patented, automatic support that extends and retracts as the bench is opened and closed. A paper roll holder is installed a bit higher up.
Various retaining accessories are installed on the side of the left racking and on the bulkhead. We can see a bar rack with plastic clips on a length of slider bar, a silicone cartridge rack with holes for nozzles, a length of Syncroblock bar with hooks and lashing straps and a length of heavy-duty rail.
Another set of hooks and straps has been added to the floor-level compartment nearest the bulkhead to allow this space to carry all kinds of cargo in safety.
To ensure effective lighting inside the van, three LED ceiling lights have been installed under the roof cross members. Though powerful, these consume far less electrical energy than conventional lights.
The roof of this electrician’s Daily has been turned into useful storage space with the addition of a pipe carrier in the centre and two single ladder slides with damped descent and assisted lifting. These practical accessories are fixed to Syncro cross bars, with Syncro’s exclusive Ultrasilent profile fitted under the front bar to minimise noise and vibration on the road.
