In the world of plumbing, getting your van fitted out by Syncro System is a sure way to improve efficiency and professionalism in your day-to-day work. Syncro System has fitted out over 90,000 vans since 1996 and our installers can recommend the best possible solution for all needs and fit the perfect racking system in next to no time.
On this page you can see a Mercedes Sprinter L1H1 with a complete set of interior liners, Syncro racking on both sides and even roof bars with a ladder slide. Let’s take a closer look to discover the virtually infinite ways in which Syncro racking can be installed!
Never install racking without liners. That’s the first recommendation our experts always make when they first meet a new customer. It is essential to protect the interior of your van against damage to body panels caused by heavy objects falling over or equipment being dragged over the floor. Scratched, dented and rusty vans always look older than they actually are.
The Sprinter seen here has been protected with a marble-look plywood floor liner and bulkhead liners in the same material. All Syncro floor liners come pre-shaped and pre-drilled to suit the model of van. On top of this, Syncro floor liners have a special characteristic that you won’t find anywhere else: they come complete with spacers that fill the channels in the original floor, greatly strengthening the liner and eliminating the risk of sagging. The walls and doors of this van are protected by painted, high-strength steel panels.
The entire left side of the Sprinter is occupied by two columns of racking, with the full height of the van being exploited thanks to the use of side panels of varying depth. The two floor-level compartments are equipped in different ways and perform different functions. The rearmost is enclosed by a lift-up door while that at the front of the van is equipped with a shuttle-type case transport system. Further up we can see a tray for clear plastic cases, three metal drawers and a total of eight configurable shelves with non-slip mats and internal dividers.
The right side of this plumber’s Sprinter is laid out as a mobile stores for spares, tools, sundries and consumables. Starting from the bottom, we have:
Syncro van accessories serve a wide range of needs but have one common purpose: to make your work easier. This Sprinter is equipped with various cargo retaining accessories, including a multipurpose metal pocket, a spray can rack, a silicone cartridge rack, a small cable holder and a Syncroblock bar with lashing straps on the bulkhead. This last is one of the most versatile accessories in the Syncro range as it can be used with a wide range of attachments to suit many different needs. The interior of the Sprinter is also illuminated by three LED lights under the roof.
If you need lots of space to carry large items of cargo, don’t forget the roof! The roof rack systems that Syncro System designs and installs can transform your van’s roof into a safe, secure and convenient place to carry long items like pipes and ladders. This particular Sprinter is equipped with three roof bars and single ladder slide that features damped descent and assisted lifting to reduce risk and effort during loading and unloading operations. As always, the first cross bar is fitted with a special Ultrasilent profile to increase driver and passenger comfort by breaking up the turbulent air flow that causes noise and vibration.
