We begin, as always, with the liners. In any mobile workshop subject to heavy wear and tear, liners make a tremendous difference to the condition of the bodywork over time and keep your van looking attractive for years to come.

This Sprinter L2 H2 has been fitted with a plywood floor liner with a marble-look surface and protective steel profiles on all the exposed edges to prevent damage and the ingress of moisture and dirt that might spoil the wood.

The walls and doors are completely covered with steel panelling, a choice of material that guarantees maximum resistance even in the event of an accident. On request, Syncro System can also provide protection for your van’s bulkhead and roof.

Sprinter liner solutions

The racking on the left of this Sprinter is designed to fulfil two purposes. The racking itself, which is intended to hold tools, equipment, spare parts, work clothes and other objects occupies only the bottom section of the wall. It is covered by a marble-look plywood worktop that forms a large and practical workbench extending along the entire wall.

The racking itself consists of:

• a floor-level compartment with a lift-up door
• eight metal drawers with non-slip mats and internal dividers
• a configurable shelf with a lift-up door
• a full-height locker with security latch, which can be equipped inside with any horizontal racking element to suit the customer’s needs
• a floor-level compartment with straps for securing the Ecoflow power station that provides the van’s autonomous energy supply and that concentrates a battery charger, battery and inverter in the same compact unit
• a set of six metal case trays, a product protected by an exclusive Syncro patent covering the simple but effective closing mechanism that prevents accidental breakage of the tray and holds it securely in closed position when the van is on the road, preventing accidental opening
• two open shelves installed with the flanges facing up: these shelves can be installed in the opposite direction too, depending on whether the user requires a minimum of containment or prefers to have nothing to impede the easy loading and unloading of goods.

The right wall of this Sprinter for machine automation is designed to serve as storage: almost all the racking elements are closed, with the exception of the removable containers on the top shelf, which are likely to be needed frequently and can be carried to the work site.

At the bottom, the floor-level compartment is closed by a lift-up door. Above this are 12 metal drawers of two different heights and finally two shelves with top-pivot doors. While the left of the van is multi-purpose and the right dedicated to storage, the bulkhead of this Mercedes Sprinter has been arranged to fulfil the role of work area.

The racking consists of a floor-level compartment with a door, three drawers and a small shelf. Between the two lower racking levels, Syncro has added a pull-out bench that can be extended outside the van in just a few seconds to serve as a table or additional work bench.

The racking is covered by a marble-look plywood worktop. The work area formed in this way is served by a multiple power socket and an extremely practical tool rack panel with hooks – a great way to keep all your tools tidy and to work with greater efficiency and precision.
