Even a small or mid-size van can be turned into a fantastic mobile workshop. Just get in touch with the Syncro System team and ask them to prepare a tailor-made racking project for you. The photos on this page illustrate a
Peugeot Partner with a racking system for an electrician. The system, with drawers, shelves and other elements, is installed along the van’s left side and stands on a robust and perfectly formed floor liner. The racking itself is complemented by useful cargo retaining accessories on the bulkhead.

You don’t always need to line every surface inside your van. Sometimes, just one liner is enough to do the job well! This Partner, for example, is fitted only with a
plywood floor liner with a marble-look surface and stainless-steel protective edges at the doors. Thanks to this one liner, the van:
1. is far more functional, as users are protected against the risk of slipping and cleaning is so much easier;
2. will last a great deal longer, because the liner is extremely resistant to wear and tear and to occasional (or even frequent) spillages of liquids.

The racking on the left of this Partner is based on the new
Syncro Ultra system, which gives you amazing flexibility in combining horizontal elements. Let’s take a closer look, starting from the rear and from floor level. The first thing we find is a compartment over the wheel-arch, partly enclosed by a
lift-and-rotate door. Then come two
metal drawers and four pull-out trays carrying Galaxy plastic
component cases with transparent lids. At the top is an open
shelf.
The inside racking column extends almost to the bulkhead and starts with a floor-level compartment with a
strap for securing tool cases, a beautifully flexible solution that lets you transport cases of all shapes and sizes, securely and with minimum effort when it comes to placing and removing them. Next up are two simple shelves, one of which is fitted with a back panel that raises the height of the rear edge to 180 mm to stops items falling down behind.
At the top is a cabinet of
pull-out transparent plastic containers, a super-practical storage solution that lets you see exactly what is inside at a glance. The containers can be pulled out partially or removed completely as needed.
The type of solution seen here is particularly popular with
tradesmen who need to leave most of the floor free to carry large spares and equipment.
A perfect compromise between space and functionality can be achieved by limiting the racking to just one side wall and fitting
cargo retaining accessories to one or both of the other surfaces.
The bulkhead of this Partner is equipped with a bar with strap and sliding fittings and a cable holder.
