The first step in all van conversions is to install protective liners. In this Ducato, the floor is lined with a marble-look plywood
floor liner and the same material has also been used to cover the bottom section of the bulkhead.
The walls and doors are lined with prepainted
steel panels.
Syncro liners are custom-made for each model of van and come pre-drilled ready for rapid installation, meaning that your van can be back on the road in a few hours.

This wall is divided into three sections.
The first starts with a floor-level compartment with a
lockable door, followed by four
metal drawers and a
configurable shelf with a non-slip mat.
The second section is dedicated to the transport of tool and component cases, and provides two different ways of carrying a large number of cases safely:
a shuttle-type case compartment for carrying cases of different shapes and sizes
a set of trays with case adapters, specially designed for Syncro’s plastic component cases and metal tool cases
This section ends in a shelf just like the first.
The third and innermost section has no horizontal elements at all. Instead, it is equipped with a
bar with lashing strap and sliding fittings for securing cargo and equipment of different sizes and heights.
The right side of the van is equipped with a marble-look plywood
work bench with a raised rear edge. The bench is supported by a unit that contains a shallow drawer, a tray for two cases, one large and two small shelves and a floor-level compartment with a lift-up door. The side panel facing the van’s rear doors is fitted with a fold-away
vice bench and a spray can rack.
This
Ducato with Syncro System racking for a service technician is particularly well equipped with bar and strap retaining accessories with sliding fittings and hooks. These wonderfully versatile accessories can be installed directly on the van’s walls, on wall liners, or on the fronts and sides of racking. They provide a quick, easy and safe way to secure bulky tools, equipment and spare parts. In addition to these advantages, quick-release models can also be attached and released in next to no time to speed up loading and unloading!
